RETURNS: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and **we will accept all returns for any reason. Guidelines and terms are listed below.
ITEM CONDITION AND TAGS: Our New To You return tag must be attached with the plastic loop intact to receive a full refund. All original parts must be returned along with the item, including dust bags, straps, locks, coin cases, box, etc.
EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges at this time.
SHIPPING: We do not cover return shipping charges, either US or International. **Notify us within 3 days of the delivery of your item if you wish to return it for any reason. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of item delivery. Keep your return receipt with you until we have verified that the item has been safely returned back to us, and has been processed. Please take care when packaging your item for return to safely return it back to us in the same condition it was sent.
PAYMENT: All eligible returns will be refunded to the buyer using the same form of payment that was used to purchase the item. The refunded amount cannot be used towards another purchase. New To You will process all refunds within 1-3 business days.
*To help avoid any returns, please take care to review both the descriptions and the photos. Note any flaws, sizes, etc in the description and photos. The photos are not photoshopped in any way to hide flaws or alter the sizes, so what you see in the photos is what you purchase. As a reseller of previously owned designer goods, we cannot issue a "warranty" on the items, and any issues of the sort should be addressed directly to their manufacturer.
